Dassault Aviation Business Services has one of Europe's largest business aircraft maintenance centres at Geneva. This full-service operation offers everything from routine line service right up to the largest heavy maintenance inspections, overhauls and repairs. It is supplemented by bases in major locations - Luton, Farnborough (UK), Lisbon (PT), Basel, Lugano and Sion (CH).

Our expert technicians can undertake every inspection, major modification, and servicing requirement, and are supported by maintenance control teams and logistics experts - all available 24/7.

Ramp Service

Dassault Aviation Business Services provides a full array of Ramp Services. Our teams are expert in identifying and diagnosing every kind of technical issue with your aircraft. We move swiftly to rectify a fault, with the emphasis on resolving the problem thoroughly, keeping downtime and inconvenience to an absolute minimum. From pre-flight and post-flight to servicing or squawk clearance, our certified technicians can release your aircraft with minimum delays, helping to optimise your operations.

NDT ( Level II -- Level III)

Our highly experienced experts provide non-destructive testing (NDT) services to ensure the safety and reliability of your aircraft. Using the latest techniques and working with the OEM engineers, we inspect, detect any faults, and then determine how best to proceed with repairs.

Airframe

Dassault Aviation Business Services' international team of highly qualified technicians will service your aircraft on time, on budget and ensure it is dispatch ready, with minimum downtime guaranteed. Our core business is Dassault & Bombardier, and we are factory-authorised for Honeywell, Rockwell, Collins Aerospace and General Electrics. Dassault Aviation Business Services is qualified and experienced in making major inspections, such as C, 2C, 3C and 4C on all Falcon aircraft, 48- and 96-month checks on Challenger, and 1C, 2C and 4C on the Global Express, plus Pre-Purchase Inspections (PPIs) for owners or even major manufacturers.

Avionics upgrades entertainment and cabin

Installing the latest upgrades in avionics and navigation systems ensures that your aircraft’s safety and performance are optimised, while enhancing your aircraft’s value. We can also oversee your aircraft's compliance with the new mandates, including CPDLC, ADS B-out through Link 2000, EASy VI, Proline 21, and Batch 3. Additionally, we can install high technologies such as GSM on board and Satcom: state-of-the-art entertainment systems.

Brakes, Wheels and Tyres

Dedicated teams in Geneva and Farnborough are certified to survey all types of aircraft wheels for cracks (NDT Level 2/3) and perform wheel overhaul & tyre replacements. We are skilled at changing worn brakes during the downtime. A wide stock of replacement tyres for most jet aircraft is maintained at all Dassault Aviation Business Services centres.

Dassault Aviation Business Services’ facility in Geneva includes a high-tech, state-of-the-art paintshop that can provide everything from a simple touch-up to a full respray in new corporate livery.

Cleaning services are available at Geneva, Farnborough, Paris Le Bourget, Sion and Lisbon. Dedicated Dassault Aviation Business Services teams are on hand 24/7 to clean aircraft interiors and exteriors, and polish the brightwork.

Dassault Aviation Business Services provides industry-leading logistics support. All our centres carry a large stock of spare parts in modern storage facilities. When special aircraft parts are needed, these can be sourced quickly, efficiently, and with minimal shipping and customs delays.

Airworthiness Management

To ensure that your aircraft is always airworthy, a dedicated Dassault Aviation Business Services official is assigned to it, organising regular inspections and the appropriate service and maintenance work. Dassault Aviation Business Services can also renew your aircraft's airworthiness certificate and, if needed, make recommendations to various national authorities.
